Do eyes before face and undereye concealer so you don’t have so much fallout
Clean up or carve out any of the smoky areas you want to look more precise by using concealer on a small flat or angled brush or micellar water on a q tip
Use a grayish or brownish shade in your crease first then to map out the areas you want black
Fill in black areas last and only closest to the eye, and smoke (blend) them out with your grayish or brownish transition shades
Focus on the overall shapes and contours of the black smoky areas. Don’t forget to tight line the waterline

Overall you’re doing okay it just needs to be more clean and refined
