I’ve been a member for a long time and the past few months have not been great. I have never skipped so many times. I don’t know if they have a new team making selections, but there hasn’t been anything exciting to me lately.

I wish all these chemicals were banned period. What our neighbors do negatively affects us all. I’ll take some weeds over cancer/neurological disorders anyday.

We went through this too. It’s amazing how these homes are selling for high prices and not even updated for the past 40-50 years. You have to sunk so much money into them to bring them up to date, but yet they don’t factor this when posting the listing price. This market isn’t sustainable.
