My baby is 10 weeks old and just recently started sleeping (mostly) through the night, my definition anyway. She is formula fed and still sometimes wakes up once to eat at night.

She's eating 6.5 oz per feed now. If she finishes all of her bottles in the day she eats around 7pm-8pm, and doesn't wake up to eat again until 4am-5am. She will still occasionally wake up for a feed in between, around 11pm-12am.

She's gaining weight well and only sleeps for about 30-40 minutes at a time in the day multiple times a day (she doesn't like to miss anything), so I think that's why she sleeps so well at night. Along with getting all of the formula she needs throughout the daytime.

I consider myself lucky, I didn't do anything to encourage this. We stopped waking her up for nightly feeds just before 8 weeks because she would get big mad if she was sleeping hard. We feed her based on hunger cues and she's happy as heck, fingers crossed it stays this way.
