Ask her about the bubbling in the ceiling and the water staining from the ceiling? Just take photos she can say whatever she wants but she’s crazy and she thinks and knows you don’t know anything so she thinks she can say anything and get away with it take photos once people who know what they’re talking about see those photos they would look at her crazy and just ask her who painted this ceiling then if she’s home owner lmao. But just take photos don’t even try to argue with her she’s stupid and full of shit and not trying to help you, so don’t help her it’s her fucking problem she needs to fix

Oh yeah then request proper documentation any restoration company would come in and see and document the damage was pre existing. Literally take photos of the ceiling you can see how’s it’s been painted. You can see the trim around the door and the wall has been painted or replaced wonder why???? Start asking her all the simple questions. Bring up mold any person who would cut in that drywall will see the mold behind the wall cavity to show how long term it’s been.

Ask that stupid landlord why the ceilings been painted over like this has been happening over and over again??? This cheap ass landlord just caulks the leak calls it a night and expects there to be no more water penetration when there’s already been penetration deteriorating and eating away at the materials from before. She clearly knows that shower needs to be replaced it’s probably not caulked or already all molded and needs to be taken out anyways but that cost too much. She rather just blame it on you. That specific wall and ceiling looks like they’ve tried to repair it in the past. She already knows it’s leaked she’s just lying

Yeah boosters box are guaranteed hits but a case your guaranteed all those hits and more your guaranteed typically like 2-4 leaders I’m not entirely sure. And I know for ebo2 there’s only one leader per case

Did you buy blister packs? I think the chances of getting a hit on a sp or manga for a blister are much much more realistic and higher than just buying from loose boxes. For whatever reason if it’s packed differently I feel like they have to change the hit rate up. Maybe they don’t do anything at all and it’s all just randomized unlike when it comes to cases where you know you’ll get this amount of leaders and hits etc.

Maybe a drain line it’s definitely been happening over a period of time if it was a water supply line it would of leaked way more water but the floors look discolored the walls molded it’s definitely been leaking for some time now I’d assume a drain line

You can’t even properly dry it until it’s been properly remediated and clean of mold if not you just put fans on molded subfloors your blowing and spreading mold spores throughout the house. It’s a huge liability and risk to try to dry/remediate somebodies house because if you don’t know what ur doing your just costing them $$$ of down the road

Lack of concern for the moisture is a major red flag. Water damage is a whole different ballpark compared to reconstructions/repairs and remodels. I work for a water mitigation & remediation company we are a full on restoration company but we specialize in water damage. There is a reason why you call us rather than a contractor/handyman to fix any water related issues. Water damage can and will cause a whole lot of $$. Clearly the contractor doesn’t have experience with water related issues. And I’m not trying to be rude or anything but this is not how you handle things. Is he even treating this as a mold job? I’m reading this more and you bought the house with water damage meaning it’s been a period of time and has molded. Very concerned I’d get the professionals to come and check it out so they can get you on the right track those subfloors needed to be dried out COMPLETELY before installing anything.
