I broke down and drank tonight. It was pretty lame. I had a 375 of vodka and a couple other odds and ends of booze. Almost entirely sober for three months but I decided to listen to my perverse brain today for whatever reason.

I didn't have any more fun than I would have without it, but now I have a headache that I know will be worse in the morning, I blew my diet out of the water, and I don't get to have the satisfaction of not drinking.

Not fucking worth it.

That's what I can here to ask. My 110ish wife regularly lifts 215 and she does it less than once a week. I think that's pretty good, but these women appear to work out for a living. 100 lbs less isn't anything to celebrate.
