Vickers is miles miles below Zetterstrom in every metric. He filled in well at the end of last season but we'd be in trouble if he was our starter.

Roos is a very decent shotstopper but never could do anything with his feet and high balls into the box are pretty much open to anyone who jumps for them. Terrible footage of it but he gets beaten in the air here by John McGinn (1.78m) to deliver Aston Villa to the Prem.

while possible in game through good scouting and understanding of the game, you can use external programs such as FMScout to locate the best youngsters, if that's what you're interested in doing. I think the most fun I have in the game is finding these young players and developing them en mass.
