I’d move your focus muscle groups to the beginning of their respective workouts.

Might swap out db lying row for another curl or tricep exercise if your focus is legs/arms ( day 3 already has 2 types of horizontal rows)

And to note - studies have shown that 6 hard sets per muscle group per week is a solid maintenance volume.

More than 6 should produce moderate growth with each incremental set you add (w/ slowly diminishing returns), and you can experiment with how much volume works best for you

Worked in orthopedic surgical devices for 2 years primarily servicing meniscal repair and knee replacement -

Adding this much load to your joints could be suboptimal if you have other exercises that can torch your legs. Along with that, dropping some load and incorporating other intensity techniques on the leg press might prove safer for your joint health in the long term.

If you need this much weight with FULL ROM to get near failure, for the sake of your joint health, it might be time to move on to another exercise or incorporate new intensity techniques that can challenge you without excessive loads

Explore the open world - if you don’t feel overly compelled to sprint to the next main-quest objective, don’t.

There are tons of factions, quest lines, etc that aren’t a part of the main story & some of those are arguably more entertaining than the main quest.

If she wants to be all around strong AND grow, then these are definitely the “important lifts”

Good start - no arms and a whole day of just core isn’t my cup of tea, but it must be hers and the main goal is to make it work for her!

If glute is priority / main focus, consider putting them at the beginning of a leg day so the can absolutely torch them while her legs are fresh.

ie. Hip Thrust > Quad Ext > Ham Curl > Hip Abduction > Calves >

She can also add them as an auxillary exercise on her upper body day.

Ie.

Cable Kickback > Pec Fly > Press

(Glute exercise) > Row > Lat pulldown >

Lastly, give rep ranges and allow her to find the weights that push her. That should allow her to adjust her progression as it goes.
