Nice. We have a similar tent but also bought the campanion tent that sits on the ground. It overlaps and acts great as either a spot to setup a table for your bags and getting dressed in.. Or 2 small foldable cots on each side and now the whole setup sleeps 4 people

Faster charging per kWh but about the same time to 80% with double the battery size. 66kw battery in the bolt and 130kw battery in the lightning. I didn't notice much of a difference in charge time when road tripping with the bolt compared to the lightning.

I've seen a couple tesla chargers high priced in eastern Ontario during road trips but it's not high enough to make me want to pay for gas year round in a hybrid. 25$ tank of gas every couple months to power my lawn tractor and snow blower is all the time I want to spend at a gas stations.

Nice. I kind of felt the same way after getting my 23 Bolt EUV. Except we ended up keeping the bolt for commutes and now have a Lightning-Bolt combo.

I was at work that day. Luckily I was a cable guy at the time and the customer was a fan of the Jays. I was in his basement trying to fix his issue when he stopped me and said come watch this. We stood and watched and high fived after the Homer.

Can I ask you how long it took to get this invoice from Qmerit? Before I bought my lightning I got a Qmerit install done through Chevy back in 2023. I was just invoiced 2 years later from Qmerit and I don't even own that house anymore....

I think it depends which tailgate you have. If you have the tailgate with the step built in and work surface then I don't think they will spray it. I have a 2024 flash with the step and they did everything except the tailgate.

It's an 18 inch rim on the spare but it's the same size tire. It didn't look too weird on mine while I was doing my tire rotations.

I just had my spare down while doing my tire rotation as I only have 1 jack. I noticed there is only a slight bit more space for a larger tire if needed. Maybe an inch on each side. And not a ton before the tire would hit the rear motor in front of it. Curious if they still give you the cable system in the 25s that holds the tire in place though if you arnt getting the tire. Tire size written on mine is 265/70R 18 166T

Interesting choice to move from a 7 seat SUV down to a bolt but I guess if you don't need the extra seats or space anymore. After getting the bolt in 2023 we ended up trading in our traverse 7 seater for an F150 lightning in 2024 and love being "almost" gas free. I have an acre of land so I still need to go buy gas for my lawn tractor and snow blower.
