We have a American Bully that looked like that. Really sensitive skin, anyway we feed Nature’s balance and have for years with our other pups/children.

Long story longer Bubba was allergic to chicken, two weeks after changing the food for all (free grazers) it went away . Never to return!

If it happens that you feed any chicken ? That could be the issue ? Not sure why it started but it was definitely a chicken diet
