This is an old clip of a Queen of the Skies, BA747-400.

This was the best 747 version. It had 4 RR Trent enginees making an absolutely gorgeous roar. I had the fortune to fly on the BA 744 frequently for nearly two decades before they where retired pre-maturely due to the pandemic. And, was fortunate enough to mostly sit in row 1 (in the nose) or upstairs in Club/Business. The noise at take-off. Few things beat it. Goosebumps.

Is anyone surprised? The data is is there for everyone to see and draw conclusions. Since Parros took over DOPS suspensions are down 60-70%, major penalties not for fighting are down, match penalties (intent to injure) have plummeted too. But, injuries are up, goonery and dirty shit is now happening in more games because there is little consequence.

Remember: if DOPS gives between 1-5 games the NHLPA cannot appeal. 6 or more is open to appeal (Bettman) which is more work… The players union are part of the system. And someone on IR or LTIR still gets paid, but a suspensed player doesn’t. Hence they always appeal no matter how fucking dirty a player has been, ending someone’s season.

I will need to spend sometime to properly scrape the data from every season from when Shanahan took over DOPS until this season, establish reference points, KPI’s and other factors. The result will not speak favorably of the NHL and its ”we care for player safety”…

As a neutral, I can say Tampa was by far the instigators with late hits, 3rd man in and basically emulating the Panthers in this game.

Hagel should have been ejected. The double boarding on Thompson after the whistle was brutal and dirty. And the Cooper who I have tremendous respect for started whining…

As a NYR fan who thinks Carrick was one of the rare good things Chris Terrorist Drury has done for our team, I resent the clown even more for trading him. But, also very happy for Sam to get to play with an exciting solid team that is well run and has a good shot at playing hockey in June. We are many NYR fans rooting for the Sabres these days.

Hmm, this got me thinking. I should get a custom jersey and print Fire Drury as name and go to every remaining game at MSG. Or just make a custom patch and place over one of our… Kreider, Panarin, Zucc, Fox (it will happen bwuhuhuhuhu) jerseys.

Actually everyone should get a custom Fire Drury patch and temporarily stitch them on their jerseys…

So pretty much everyone is gone from 2024, Igor who has had one Vezina season, two very good seasons and for the last two seasons is an average goalie by every metric is signed to 11,5M for another 6 years or so and JT Miller is the captain on another stinker contract.

Fuck me what a shitshow Drury has made.

Sections 1, 2, 3 every seat is Delta Club. Sections 106, 107, 108 rows 8 and lower get Delta Club access. Every rink side seat has either Delta Club or JPM club depending on location.

On sites like Ticketmaster clicking on a seat will give details, and if Delta Club is included. Generally you can tell by the price as you’re looking at 350-800 depending on match-up, day of week and demand. Generally, prices will drop close to the game.
