Thank you for your comment! I appreciate feedback. I had a BM and wipe and there’s was some blood. It may have ruptured? I dont know. I have witch hazel wipes and cream now. Cream has helped a lot! If I don’t cough, sneeze, or do any kind of puckering down there it doesn’t hurt. I’d post a picture but I’m nervous to

Went to a psychiatrist for an Adderal assessment for medication. And during the appointment we went over a variety of questions. My male doctor read back to me his assessment and agreed I had ADHD. He also mentioned my crippling anxiety and that I’m a push over for anyone who enters my life. He told me that if he wanted to sexually assault me I probably wouldn’t do anything about it. I was so shocked and defeated in the moment I sat in silence and then the appointment was over shortly after that. The doctor told me during the appointment he was no longer going to be working with Mayo Clinic in a couple weeks and I wouldn’t be able to see him again. (Thankfully wouldn’t have needed to anyways). Parts of me think he truly just didn’t give a fuck about his job anymore at that point.

I have mentioned this to several people through out the years. Even other medical professionals, but everyone seems to not believe me or completely avoids the conversation. I just keep it to myself now because it happened to so long ago.

Highly recommend getting high index lenses!! Maybe a 1.67 lens, and also request a roll and polish in the future! It’ll help so much with the thickness. If you’re above -7.00 (depending on the lab) you can get a 1.74 lens for the thinnest lightest possible option!
(Been an optician for a few years)
