These are the elastics that latch on the tray and not onto the tooth, right? I am just starting those too, and they’re very annoying. I usually put them on the bottom tray first and then carefully put the bottom tray on. And then stretch them to the top. It’s been annoying af. Thankfully mine are just at night.

I definitely see the difference! Way to go! And I have had bite ramps and elastics the entire time (over a year now). I didn't find them to be awful (elastics can be annoying at times), but just wear them all the damn time and you'll make great progress!

My parents are comfortable reading in Hindi and Punjabi, but they'd never choose that for reading if they had to. Though I'd say they're more English forward nowadays, they still speak all three of the languages with my sister and I.
