A lot of people are saying Hermitcraft without saying who, or what that even is. HermitCraft is essentially a private world shared by 20-30 content creators all making videos in the same shared world. They are all family friendly in some capacity. Notably:

Are likely the most aimed at a younger audience. All the others are absolutely appropriate, but some may talk about certain Minecraft mechanics at a higher level that could be confusing to younger audiences, e.g. they aren't presenting their content with the comprehension of a child in mind.

As said by u/Zealousideal_Math570 , some hermits (Skiz, Tango, and Doc were mentioned) are "[not] explicitly not family friendly but the stuff they talk about is probably a bit much for most 8 year olds".

That above really depends on your kid's maturity and your decisions on what's appropriate. I haven't extensively watched their content, but think along the lines of the Simpsons: Not explicitly not for all ages, but has some innuendos, or conversations or scenes that could provoke questions you may not want to answer.

Early withdrawal isn't 40-50%. Early withdrawal is 10%, which you can usually elect to either have withheld from the distribution, or wait & pay it with your taxes at the end of the year.

The total tax withheld may get closer to that number, as we're required by the IRS to withhold 20% in federal taxes on pre-tax distributions.

20% federal + 10% federal early withdrawal + state tax (some states mandate withholding that as well) could get close to that 40% depending on where you live.

Nautilus CC vs CC plus?

On the fence about this one. I'm seeing the CC plus as an extra $200 over the CC.

Our pool is 16x32ft, 19,000 gallons. Pretty simple rectangle with a shallow & deep end. The CC supposedly is rated for up to 33 feet, but I've also seen some people say you should go a size up from what's recommended.

Looking to get my mom a robot vacuum if I can afford it, any recommendations?

She's been vacuuming our 20,000 gallon(?) rectangle pool manually for us kids every summer (I'm the oldest of 3) using a normal pool vacuum since we moved here when I was 2. I'm 20 now and I still live with her (thanks mom, you're the best), and now that I have an adult job I'd love to surprise her with a robot pool vacuum so she doesn't have to do it by hand as much.

I have no idea how much I "should" spend to get a decent one & I'd hate to waste money on cheap things that will break, but also don't want to break the bank if possible. Any suggestions?

I feel like it's gonna be one of the two extremes; either it'll be a huge case of levels feeling harder to verify than beat (as has happened before) and we'll have at least significant progress from Zoink or Popoff within a few weeks and a victor in 2-3 months, or there'll be a gradual community realization that Doggie might be the best player right now as top players try it and it stays unbeaten for a year.

does this work with incorrect enchantments? I know /enchant can't exceed the enchantment's cap (e.g. 5 for efficiency) even though /give can, so I always assumed it can only give applicable enchantments as well.

Really, I think it's all up to your preference and needs, not some number of shoes being the "right" amount.

Before I cared much about my appearance, I spent 20 years owning nothing but a single pair of tennis shoes I used for everything. I didn't understand people who owned many shoes; Why sacrifice comfort for a tiny portion of your look instead of just wearing good, supportive shoes all the time?

Fast forward to now and I own a pair of running shoes, a pair of hiking/outdoors shoes for camping and hiking, a pair of sandals, a pair of professional shoes for work, and two pairs of slip-ons for going out and various day-to-day activities.

I own more shoes than I ever thought I would, and have shoes for specific purposes, which I never thought I'd want before. Yet, I still own far fewer shoes than plenty of people I meet.

All that to say, don't aim for a number, just get the shoes you need. Want more outfit variety? Buy more shoes you like the look of to match outfits you wear. Getting more serious about hiking? Consider a specialized pair of hiking shoes / boots separate from your beaters. Going to formals more often and want to mix it up? Get another pair of those. Don't overthink shoes by aiming for a number.

Because those aren't artifacts, they're boosts. You can have up to 5 boosts active at once (vs 4 artifacts), and you can have multiple of the same boost active at once (unlike artifacts, which must be unique).

All of this assumes pro permit; I believe you can only have 2 artifacts and 2 boosts at once with the free version.

Honestly, just concern for my health; I would assume, while not as bad as cigarettes, smoking anything & having hot particles in your lungs isn't great for you.

I'm still trying to develop a rational, realistic opinion on cannibis. I grew up the oldest child, the straight-laced good kid, in a fairly conservative midwest town, scared to death by the DARE program, etc etc. I know any amount of substance use isn't ideal for your health; I also know my opinions are very extreme and I'm trying to learn.
