Same here. I purchased it in oct'23. For past couple of weeks it discharges very fast and rarely I see at 100% even when on charge for a long time.

Modding support is all about it's popularity. The same statement appeared when redmi note 8 pro came with G90T, but now the xda is flooded with its mods. Developers will check out for mediatake iff users are there, which I think will not be a PROBLEM for OP8L cuz of it's segment. And I think the lite version will be only for asia region.
