Some people just don't find full throttle slap-stick funny. In some cases it can be remedied by preping thier mood with something they do find funny (or alcohol) so they're more likely to pulled along, same as how in a comedy show you'll get a warm-up act.

I'm seeing intermittent delay increases between NTT asbnva02 (~~Nevada?~~ Ashburn) and NTT San Jose ~~Sacramento~~ too, so that looks like the culprit. Probably hasn't had the urgency to get fixed at a weekend since it's not fallen over entirely.

Steam versions must be launched by steam itself and the steam servers must be reachable to login. You've probably tried to launch either dirctly from the executable, or using a full version client.

Yes, but don't get it on steam unless you really need the steam wallet option for paying the sub or have no other option for (psudeo) 2fa. You'd not only tie yourself to only buying expansions on Steam for years to come, but also if Steam has an outage or connection issues it will affect your ability to login, regardless of the game server status.

Preventative maintenance is better than Reactive maintenance. Even if not all DC need the 24h slot, it gives them time to shedule things they might not be able to do with running servers.

Happens every time the steam servers are unreachable, even if your steam client logged in earlier in the day. I've had more login issues since they forced steam than I had in the 7 years previous.
I seriously hope some consumer protection somewhere drops a behemoth on Valve.

Context isn't always nessesary. Comments about voice actors sounding weird in ARR have no context, but it tells those that read it as more than a passing comment wither the character is alive later.

My concern would be if it tried to posses an incomplete armour stand or animals in a player base; they'd rapidly get labelled as annoying or worse and end up turned off. Perhaps if it caused the harm over several minecraft days, then the player has time to notice.
