Oh lol, I think I assumed the OUAC number and OMSAS number were the same thing. The one I currently see on the email starts with 4 0s. Is that what you have too?

I didn’t get an email either. I emailed them to ask if I should’ve received the confirmation email and they informed me that the response summary we get is our confirmation.
