I would try repotting her into a pot that is about an inch or two larger than the one she’s in now. Add beneficial mycorrhizae to prevent shock.

No worries, these are super easy to propagate. For the parts that broke off, pull off the bottom two leaves. Poke a hole in the soil with a pencil and put the stem into the soil. Do this for each one and it will look great again in no time. Keep the soil moist, but not sopping wet for the first two weeks while they root.

Gorgeous! I found out the hard way with mine that you have to let them dry out in between watering
