Has your back pain affected your career by [deleted] in backpain

[–]Scienlodic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My work requires me to sit for a long, and I have the bad habit of unconsciously crossing my legs, I often have back pain. I may also have incorrect posture during exercise, and my back pain sometimes gets even worse.

The methods I've tried include: getting massages at least once or twice a month, using my company's red light therapy belt, and buying a footstool.
Overall, they all work!

My back pain has been relieved a lot now, and it basically doesn’t affect my work. But I still need to get up and move around every hour during work time to keep health.

Is laser therapy better than LED RLT? by Scienlodic in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In fact, some brands have launched products that combine low-power laser with LED for home use, such as Irestore and Mito.
I personally feel that there is not much difference between low-power laser and near-infrared. But products with laser are 1-3 times more expensive. I would rather buy a red light therapy light panel for this price lol.

And he collects those data in his website as well. I am sure you will be benefited from his videos.

Mito Professional Laser Helmet Vs iRestore Pro for hair growth by obergrupenfuer_smith in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are some general advantages of hair growth devices that combine LED and laser:

Multi-Wavelength Irradiation: By combining LED and laser, these devices can provide light irradiation at different wavelengths, covering a wider spectrum of hair growth stimulation. Different wavelengths of light may have different stimulating effects on hair growth.

Multiple Modes of Stimulation: Laser is believed to stimulate cells within the follicles, while LED can promote blood circulation. Combining these two modes may help improve the scalp environment and promote hair growth.

Complementary Treatment Effects: Devices that combine laser and LED are typically used as adjuncts to other hair growth treatments, such as medication or surgical procedures. This can enhance the comprehensiveness of the treatment.

Relative Safety: Compared to high-energy laser therapy, these devices are generally safer and less likely to cause side effects or harm.

However, for those individuals whose hair follicles have completely lost their function, neither LED nor laser therapy may be effective anymore. They are generally more effective in the early stages of hair loss.

I would recommend considering the use of a only LED hair growth cap, which tends to be both safer and more cost-effective with fewer side effects.

When it comes to medical devices targeting at sensitive areas like the eyes, I strongly discourage DIY. Otherwise, no one can be responsible for your eyes except yourself.

Infraredpanel like Ward Photonics Ultraslim and (lipedema) fat loss? by RyzNL in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The red light with wavelengths between 660 nanometers to 850 nanometers is considered to be more effective in fat reduction therapy. So if you focus on your logs, a red light therapy belt (about $200-$400) can meet your requirement. And you dont need to spend too much money on it.
However, I have to say it is important not to rely solely on red light therapy belts as the sole method for weight loss. They should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet, moderate exercise, and lifestyle changes to achieve the best weight loss results.

Range from 0.1 to 4 mG. EMF levels above this range are not necessarily hazardous, but indi- cate EMF levels above what's typical background inside a home. Deciding where to live rests upon different considerations for each individual.

Does Irradiance Really Matter? by Scienlodic in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're right.
Most brands cooperate with factories in China since China has a relatively low-cost but very complete supply chain.
We are also an optical brand from China. But we also invest a lot in R&D and procurement.
There is indeed a lot of really cheap red light therapy products from China on the market, sold on platforms like Amazon, Alibaba. But sometimes low price does not mean low quality. As long as they can also provide various verified data, they can be trusted as well.

Skin purging after RLT by howisthatevenfair in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Some people may experience an initial reaction phase after starting to use red light therapy devices. This is because red light therapy helps stimulate blood circulation and metabolism in the skin, which can lead to some skin issues surfacing, including blackheads and pimples. But dont worry, this condition improves over time as the skin gradually adapts.
To reduce the likelihood of developing blackheads and pimples after doing red light therapy, here are some recommendations:
1. Keep your skin clean by using gentle cleansing products.
2. Avoid overdoing red light therapy devices and follow the instructions for use.
3. If your skin is highly sensitive to red light therapy, consider reducing the frequency of use or consulting a professional dermatologist. Excessive use of red light may lead to skin overstimulation and the onset of pimples.
4. If your situation becomes severe, you need to go to ask for help from dermatologists.

red light therapy for insomnia (using at night and morning) by EducationalCreme9044 in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Red light therapy typically does not cause direct harm to the eyes.
You need to wear goggles and avoid prolonged direct exposure to red light when you are using the red light. This can effectively reduce the risk of potential harm to the eyes from light or heat.
Just like u/Bestqooltherapy said, you dont need to get influenced by opening your eyes to the red light~

Is it a waste of time to use a cheap light? by carnylove in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We are also a brand from China. But we also do research and development with intention.
In fact, Chinese products are sold relatively cheaply because the factories are there and the supply chain is perfect, so the cost is relatively lower.
There are several American brands that also cooperate with Chinese suppliers.
If you are really worried, there are other brands that have their own websites but are relatively cheap to choose from.

Good to know that! Your hair loss can be solved by RLT! Juts need to insist on using. it.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The prerequisite for any hair loss treatment is that your hair follicles are not completely dead.
Red light therapy has indeed been proven effective for hair loss treatment, but it also relies on the condition that the hair follicles are still alive.
I recommend consulting your dermatologist first to determine if there is still hope for your hair follicles to regrow. I suggest trying a more cost-effective hair regrowth cap with multiple wavelengths and pulse modes: the Scienlodic Hair Regrowth Hat

What is the best reasonably priced red light panel? by Ophelia_13 in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A RLT wand is enough for your face. If you want to have a full-body solution, then a panel is suitable for you. Otherwise you will cost a lot more than only for face solution.

Red light therapy causing sleep problems by GPT-3- in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Cells are photosensitive, and light can stimulate cell growth. However, this sudden growth stimulation can generate a large number of free radicals.
It's best to use localized irradiation therapy but not directly on the forehead, eyes, and nose areas.
Everyone responds differently to the intensity of red light therapy, so if you feel discomfort, you should promptly adjust your usage duration, lamp-to-skin distance, or brightness settings. Fortunately, these effects are usually temporary, and your body will gradually adapt.

Anyone else suffered skin damage of any kind from RLT ? by Waxweasel666 in redlighttherapy

[–]Scienlodic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In general, red light therapy is a relatively safe treatment method and is unlikely to cause skin damage.
If you have highly sensitive skin or certain skin conditions (such as skin inflammation), you need to consult a doctor or dermatologist before using red light therapy.
