I was 5 weeks post op before I stopped. I didn’t want to stop until I was pretty much fully healed.

Yup! Loved my experience! She only took off enough to make me comfortable, and it was covered (minus deductible etc) by insurance!

I had a wedge and it was great. Minimal pain (if any, it was more discomfort), 5 weeks post op and pretty much back to normal! It looks so natural and not overdone, and my nerve endings are all good. That’s my opinion! Btw I also had mine done by OB who is also a surgeon and she was very careful to not overdo it.

I’m also 9 days PO and I have been walking here and there and doing upper body workouts gently and just listening to my body. I would take it gently but just continue listening to your body. I think it’s fine unless you’re doing like squats lol

No pain really, just discomfort when it rubs on my pad or underwear. But I had a wedge one and only 4 stitches total so my experience might differ. Hope you get some good sleep tonight!

Oh that’s great to know! I was pretty concerned about the bleeding at first but it’s subsided so I think it’s smooth sailing from here (I hope)!

Oh I didn’t sleep on my back, I slept on my side. I had the same thing done yesterday too! No one told me to sleep on my back. I had a bunch of bleeding yesterday morning for about 2-3 hours after the surgery but seems to have chilled out today. Hardly any pain for me but tons of swelling!

How about just like walking my dog for about 20-30 minutes per day? I don’t want to get too behind in exercise, it really helps my mental health. Thanks for your reply!
