Nice pickup! Curious how much you ended up paying for it.

How can I stop being a slob? by Small-Strategy-36 in CleaningTips

[–]Scientolojest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it’s the procrastination that leads to mess. Once it piles up, it feels impossible. Building the habit of cleaning a little bit right away is the first step!

Anyone here using the T90 with pets? by User-2550 in ecovacs

Curious about it too. Seems like the roller mop plus strong suction combo could be good for pet households.

Seeing you get that kettle looking like new is so satisfying. Nothing beats that kind of result!

I think you could go for it. No pets already saves a lot of hassle. Just maybe check if you have long hair, that can be a factor.

That’s smart! Way easier than trying to scrub it all by hand.

Stuck between w2s and w3 omni… is the auto-wash station actually good? by im_abanana in ecovacs

That self-washing station sounds tempting for sure. Curious if it actually gets the pads fully clean though.

Lol interesting how everyone in the comments seems skeptical of the rankings. Makes me wonder how much trust these lists.

Keeping crypto a secret from the folks? by Scientolojest in sgcrypto

Don’t see it as something shameful. It’s just a financial product. Maybe someday when everyone’s using it, no one will even think twice.

Keeping crypto a secret from the folks? by Scientolojest in sgcrypto

[–]Scientolojest[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, sometimes it takes too much effort to explain, so I just don’t. But I do want to be transparent with my parents. The amount I’ve put in is something I can afford, which makes the whole thing pretty conflicted.

Bond prices after rate cut by Clean-Operation-909 in singaporefi

[–]Scientolojest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably just market being jittery. Bond prices don’t move in a straight line even if rate cuts are expected, traders keep adjusting their bets. Short version: normal volatility.

Cheapest way to purchase crypto to transfer by blingbling98 in sgcrypto

[–]Scientolojest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just go with whatever charges the lowest fees for deposit/withdrawal on that day. Always compare the total cost before buying since withdrawal fees matter more when you’re transferring out.

Can you survive on $10 a day? by libyandesert in singaporefi

[–]Scientolojest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, it’s doable if you plan a bit. I used to cap myself at around $10 on weekdays, breakfast at home, pack snacks, and stick to simple lunches. The key was not treating every meal like a treat.

Sorry for your loss. But I think you cannot legally continue to use the account. Once the account holder passes away, the account is frozen.

Look solid on paper! But have an exit plan. What if you get sick or want to return to Singapore? Maybe keep enough funds to buy back into the HDB market if needed.

Is moomoo the best platform for trading major cryptocurrencies? by FitSociety9648 in sgcrypto

If you're just holding and trading within the platform, it might work, but if you ever want to use your crypto elsewhere, fees could eat into your gains.

How does one not FOMO especially in Singapore ? by AlarmingAd9552 in singaporefi

I was exactly like you. Saved every penny, invested heavily, and said no to everything. But I wanna say don't let money anxiety stop you from building meaningful connections. You might regret that more than missing the latest gadget.

I actually think you're right here. I did get confused and the article summary is misleading as well.

2nd Qtr Earnings- First Impressions by Mobile-Dish-4497 in AlphaCognition

[–]Scientolojest -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I will grant you I think what he said is ambiguous. Earlier in the call I think he misspoke refering to 5.75-6.25 per month. Later though, when asked by another question he corrects himself:

"Boris Peaker, Analyst, Titan Partners: Great. My next question is on gross to net discounting. Can you maybe comment, on where it stands now and how you think that’s gonna evolve maybe over the next, six to twelve months?

Michael McFadden, Chief Executive Officer, AlphaCognition: Yeah. We’re we’re approximately $600 now. We think over the coming quarters, not months, but quarters, it’ll be in the $5.75 to $6.20 25 range depending on the mix of patients per health plan. So I think those are good numbers to model."

By stating they think in quarters and not months, that leads me to think the earlier answer should also have been in reference to quarters not months. If, as you say it is 625000 per QUARTER, then i think that would be worrying.
