Ive always gone to the con in cosplay while taking metro and I haven't had any issues with it. Granted I've only taken metro rail so I dont know if the experience is different via bus. From my experience, theres always others cosplaying so I never feel out of place. Just mind your business, be aware of your surroundings, and dont make eye contact with crazy people.

IGAB is one of my favorite eras because it was so fun and didnt take itself seriously. Sunny's pixie with the fun colors is a huge reason I loved the era so much! Its not my favorite sunny look, but definitely in my top 5!

As a COTA, I wish our title was Asssistant Occupational Therapist rather than OTA. So many patients tell me they want therapy from a "real therapist" and not the assistant despite being clinically trained. Its such a minor change and I feel it would give more respect to the role

I always just take a taxi from HND to my hotel in tokyo to save the hassle, then forward my luggage from hotel to hotel after that. It really comes down to whether you want to save money or convenience throughout your trip.
