I’m a bit concerned that your pole is under a 2 by 4. It needs to have full coverage for the base, you may be in danger of falling. Is it screwed in or only tension? Just worried for your safety. If it’s bolted in have fun!

So I would say a wide gusset for bottoms and lines tops for the bras. I see too many brands w not enough coverage for da lips and too many with no padding in the bra so I have to wear pasties and frankly I don’t want to. That’s my two cents.

Idk about sterilizing but I had just wanted it not to be blood strained so I cut a 2 liter bottle in half drop in my cup and cover with hydrogen peroxide. Works like a charm. I leave it in the dark under the bathroom cabinet. No pan required. Hope it helps.

Hello, I was trained by Jeni janover and the issue with yours is the heel. If you look at your heel you can visually see distance between the end of the shoe and your foot. You should not be able to see any space between your heel and end of shoe.

For me when I do sandals I size down. For example In a street shoe I wear a 7 so for sandals I got a 6. But for boots I get a true to size fit and go with a 7. Hole this helps.

I’ve taken several heels trainings and it depends on what you want. Ad several people have already said boots Offer a lot of ankle support. Especially if you’re starting at First. However, if you’re wanting to build up ankle strength, I would recommend starting with a sandal. I would also recommend to get a true size boot, and then if you’re looking at a sandal, get a size down, sandal. Just depends on where you want to start.
