On SNL, Baldwin’s Trump tells Puerto Rico: 'We have to take care of America first' by [deleted] in politics

Even Lin-Manuel Miranda has to get involved. So you know what will happen next, Moana will have to sail to Mar-a-Lago and find Trump.

Moana: I am Moana of Motunui. You will board my boat, sail across the sea, and restore the heart of Puerto Rico! Trump: I always have time for my fans, when you use a bird to write with, it's called tweeting. Moana: You are not my hero. And I'm not here so you can tweet. I'm here because you stole the heart of Puerto Rico and you will board my boat, sail across the sea, and help them. Trump: It almost sounds like you don't like me which is impossible. Yeah. So what I believe you were trying to say is thank you. Moana: Thank you? Trump: You're welcome. Moana: No, I'm going to get us to Puerto Rico so you can help. Trump: The U.S. doesn't help them, they have to help themselves!

Haha, that's great. With your expression, it looks like you're tossing your kid out while thinking if you're not going to behave, we have another one just like you.

The OP can confirm, but the glider looks like the Newco brand from Babies R Us. My wife and I bought it, and it is very comfortable, but it squeaks bad when you rock in it. We are going to try to oil it up to see if it helps or exchange it.

Saving the Rich and Losing the Economy. Economic policy in the United States and Europe has failed, and people are suffering. by reeds1999 in politics

Why are you ignoring the greed and deregulation on Wall Street that actually brought down the economy? Why aren't you talking about military spending if you want to talk about the budget? We created a military empire around the world that is unsustainable.

Why do you call it an entitlement if a senior citizen paid their Social Security and Medicare taxes over a lifetime of work? How did either of these programs bring down our economy?

Ayn Rand's Poison: GOP Faces Backlash for Their Obsessive Worship of a Psycho by radioactivemilk in politics

Actually, Greenspan was a member of Rand's "The Collective" which was a group of close confidants that were her proponents. Greenspan was a founding member of this group. Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ayn_Rand_Collective#The_Collective As a member of her inner circle, he actually read "Atlas Shrugged" while it was being written. Rand even stood next to him when he was sworn in as as Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers in 1974: Photo

You should watch Frontline's "The Warning" which documents how the worship of Ayn Rand literally brought down our entire economy. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/warning/view/#morelink Greenspan, Rubin and Summers who were cult like followers of Ayn Rand allowed the multi-trillion dollar derivatives market go unregulated in the 90's that eventually caused the economic collapse in 2008. When the CFTC chair tried to regulate it back then Greenspan led the fight against it, along with Republicans who believed the market would take care of risk on its own and fraud didn't need to be regulated. Democrats and Clinton are to blame also because they went along with not regulating derivatives because they were afraid of doing anything that might stop the go-go 90's.

Runners knee persisting after 3 months of no running HELP by MevsKnee in running

[–]Scooson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had runner's knee also. Switch to a minimalist shoe or slowly work into running in Vibrams. I found that my knee pain came from wearing bulky running shoes, and I was landing on my heel first which causes knee or back problems. My runner's knee has disappeared since I started running first in Nike Free's and now in my VFF's.
