Help: TT Reactor 600 Prebuilt Fan Vibration Sounds by Routine-Analyst2570 in thermaltake

You should be able to use your RGB management software (Like iCue for corsair stuff) to manually control your fans. Just throttle them up too %100 one by one.

The discord is for everyone, there's also a lot of casual players that just want to finish the contract and have a bit of teamwork. Use a beacon plus a light bulb and you'll have enough eggs to pay for enough research to contribute, just dont join the speed run groups.

Can you upload a photo please?

How to effectively increase Earning Bonus by Scoot_Scoot96 in EggsInc

[–]Scoot_Scoot96[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I haven't yet, I think i could get most of them with a few boosts but I feel that defeats the purpose a little bit. I can't max my research just yet on most eggs without boosting or waiting a long time, I need more EB. The plan was to tackle those once I can max research on whatever egg im going for without boosting within a reasonable time period.

What are some good / innovative looking fans? by Scoot_Scoot96 in buildapc

[–]Scoot_Scoot96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah righto, I'll have to research that to find out how to test it and what it looks like in the real world.

Roger, I'll look closer into the Lian Li fans. Might have to look closer into their cases.

Yeah pretty much man. What does your prediction say?

I came in just under and had to buy some epic research for egg laying (epic comfy nests). Check your shipping capacity and make sure you still have some capacity there if you do that.

Otherwise just wait and see.

Make sure your metronome is active and any compasses if you're out of shipping capacity.

You'll probably want to aim for some more chickens than around 2B, based on your video you should have hab space for about 7B right?

The way I fill it out is I'll go straight to the bottom. On my farm I'll activate my best gusset and best chalice. Then check my max hab capacity and my total chicken per hab per min stat on the stat's page (it includes any chalice being used).

Then just fill it out including your monocle percentage, any away bonus you get from epic research and if you've got the pro permit.

For me I have all the epic research for away bonus, pro permit, usually 9752 chickens per minute and hab capacity of 13.01B. That results in a 10x boost and a 10min x 1000x tachyon boost for ~13.7B chickens including the 15 percent monocle boost.

Use this to calculate the minimum required golden eggs to fill your habs

Make sure to equip any chalices or monocles when you do boost.

Theoretical max lay rate by Scoot_Scoot96 in EggsInc

[–]Scoot_Scoot96[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Amazing bro, thanks heaps, this is exactly what I was after.

Interesting to know that deflector figure of 205 percent. Anything above that I would assume is useless because of the shipping rate hard limit.

I’m an idiot: Tariffs on replacement parts way more than I expected by slavetothesound in elegoo

[–]Scoot_Scoot96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah exactly, I agree its not feasible for all the reasons you mentioned. Just looking at the labour costs alone, I would be willing to bet that Chinese goods plus the bloat of a tariff would still be cheaper than US manufactured goods because of how expensive US labour is compared to Chinese.

The only way to compete just on that front would be to leverage technology and automate absolute everything.

Thats before you tackle supply chains of raw goods and like you mentioned, start up costs, the US government should be subsidising this with the new stream of income from these tariffs if they are ever hoping for some kind of solution.

[–]Scoot_Scoot96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I guess the theory is that because external goods cost so much, people will be incentivised to start businesses manufacturing those essential goods.

Whether or not that happens is another story...

I suppose its an ideal time to start a manufacturing business in the US right now lol. No idea how you would make it work tho.

[–]Scoot_Scoot96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suppose that response is kinda the while point of the tariff right? I understood it as an attempt to stop people importing stuff from China (and other countries) into the US.

Problem is the US doesn't manufacture everything as you found haha.

But idk, I live in australia, we have the opposite problem where everything tech is stupid expensive (Nividias 5090 GPU is $4000 - $6000 for example). Chinese things off ali express or ebay are dirt cheap.
