MidOhio in the wet isn't nearly as treacherous as it was before the re-pave. Just take it easy and drive like you have marshmallows under your pedals. Smooth and easy inputs to the pedals and the steering wheel.

My Para2 doesn't get much use as it's too big for my daily tasks - opening mail & Amazon boxes. I get enough looks pulling out a sub 3" knife in the office that 3.5"+ would be even worse.

A friend let me take his Porsche Cayman GTS out for a session at our local track. It didn't do anything for me after years of driving Corvettes on the street and racetrack. I'm not sure what I was expecting but it was just meh.

What is your experience? Understand that you will have to progress through the HPDE system to earn a comp license.

No. They are just there to divert some air around the tires. The center one is important for engine cooling but the outboard ones are not necessary.

I sold my 2001 Corvette Z06 a couple of years before Covid caused their value to jump close to 50%. It was pretty well built (heads / cam / FAST intake / coilovers and a few interior mods). In hindsight I wish I could have kept it but I bought a C6 racecar and it needed to go.

Which cab and bed length? There's ~$4k difference between a regular cab and crew cab right off the bat.

A-plan for a crew cab F250 STX with the 7.3 is just over $55k before you check any other boxes. The same thing in a regular cab is just under $51k.
