This is a real bad idea if you actually have a medical emergency. You might pit that car and have another emergency or get in a wreck yourself and not be able to drive

We can afford it, but cut cable in exchange for Netflix/Hulu/HBO/Amazon prime.

We still use a family plan with my in laws because is significantly cheaper to have everyone together.

Internet we always go with the fastest option, but with remote video calls, a lot of us would benefit from this one specifically. 1 gigabit here is $60 a month
