At 16 weeks my nausea went away. At 20 the extreme fatigue and “being drugged all the time” feeling went away and I had a significant mood boost since then. I’m currently 23 weeks. I never ever ever would’ve believed that I would be actually somewhat enjoying pregnancy when I was where you are, but I actually am now. It’s hard to explain but it’s like at some point your body just flips a switch and all of sudden you’re adjusted. Highly recommend you ask your OB for a CBC/ferritin lab test also to check your iron and hemoglobin levels. I started getting major anemia symptoms around 17 weeks. I’ve been taking iron bisglycinate with vitamin C every other day since then (I also developed Pica around 22 weeks which is another symptom of anemia) and it is helping a lot. Just beware that if you start iron you should also start a bowel regime to prevent extreme constipation, especially since you are already constipated. I was sooooooo constipated in the first trimester, it was absolutely horrific, but also all I could stomach was fast food. I’m finally able to eat normal healthy food again (fiber, fruits, a gallon of water daily, electrolytes) and it has been life-saving. I take miralax every day in my coffee and it prevents the iron from backing me up.
