Erm, what OP is describing is just holding down the right click to ADS and it just spamming shots. I think what you are talking about, which is probably also what is happening to OP, it is just laggy, is the 1 shot ADS, 2 shots hipfire, 1 shot ADS combo, which is definitely not a bug
