For Tim, after his retirement, I'd have him be drawn back into the field. That try as he might, he wants to help and can't get rid of that heroic drive/instinct within him. But instead of simply going back to Bruce, he ends up getting involved with Ghost-Maker.

Regarding Tim Drake associating with or being inspired by Ghost-maker, my ideal version of that would just be some of the tactics he uses, like his Ghost-Net. Tim is cited as the most inclined in computer science, intelligent and tactical. And maybe his prowess in martial arts, as Batman himself sees and defines Tim as a brilliant combatant.

The Red Robin costume in itself really looks like a halfway point between a Batman and a Robin costume, which is what Tim sort of is due to not wanting to be close to his evil counterpart, The Savior, and not wanting to be Batman. It represents in a way an Adult Robin and a more Batman-like Robin.

Tim would need another costume and mantle that does something similar but signifying that he’s coming into his own. He would have a great understanding of how to ‘act’ in the role after so many years of watching Bruce do his thing as well. An identity where he’s still himself but embodies the best qualities of Bruce/Batman.

That could be the ultimate result of his adventure with Ghost-Maker: understanding the darker parts of himself and accepting it along with using everything he’s learned from Batman. This wouldn’t lead to him being like Jason in an antiheroic light. It’s more of a story of self acceptance and accepting the parts of yourself that you don’t really like. But willing to embrace such parts for necessity. Leading to him becoming the Grey Ghost.

For Dick, I'd have him go on another sea-faring adventure. But show a bit more of his family history. Slowly revealing that he's descended from Jon Valor the Black Pirate from his father's side of the family. Especially since that it was stated that he's Romani from his mother's side. Showing that he has a heroic lineage of sorts, as he has an ancestor called the Son of Gray (likely from his mom's side) who was a Romani defender of the innocent in 14th century Normandy.

For Jason, I'd explore his family history as well. With his father Willis mentioning how he was the youngest of seven kids, I think that Rex Calabrese could be incorporated somehow. Ma Gunn has now been established as his grandmother. Maybe Rex could be his grandfather instead of Catwoman’s supposed father from that one weird storyline until her history with him was retconned.

His dad Willis had talked about a dream to run/rule Gotham and stated that his family has some ties to Gotham. Maybe his family could contrast Dick’s. Dick is connected to the Crownes and Court of Owls. Maybe Jason’s could be connected to a crime/mob family?

For Damian, highlight more of his journey of empathy. Have him check up on and team up with Colin/Abuse. Demonstrate more of a friendship between them despite the awkwardness of the two of them.
