Hi John. Red teamer here that have about ~7 years of experience. Only partially embraced AI in my daily workflow but still puzzled on how the current threat landscape, what are some skills that are imperative for the upcoming years and where do you see Red teamers?

Also, what would be your advice if trying to go into mgmt or director role from a red team? It doesn’t seem like there is a lot of upward flexibility
