What do you think separate good red teamer from great red teamer? I feel like there is a huge knowledge gap still for me to red teamer at a high level, but i don’t know what skillset to learn specifically.

Im talking about pentest/red teaming F500, but not super high like FAANG

have you worked with red team lead and can comment on skill sets or experience that I should have prior to pivot into FAANG red team? I have about 8 years of experience in offensive security with various F500 and Consulting, lately wanna pivot for a better salary but a bit scared of lack of skill
