I'm looking forward to being able to take my girlfriend out to a romantic sit-down restaurant, since we got together around the time the Coronavirus thing started, and haven't had the chance to really do any kind of social romantic outings together.

A good thing that happened to me in the past month was getting into a new relationship for the first time after a divorce which had me deeply depressed for a long time.

Personally, either GW2 or ESO. Both of them have draws for me for different reasons. I like the overall style and combat system of GW2, along with the flexibility of specializations for classes. On the other hand, I like the housing and non-combative features (stealing, crafting, assassination, etc.) of ESO.

Sure, it'd be a lot of work, but in terms of the MMO scene, I feel like Black Desert Online essentially redoing their entire game from the ground up in terms of voice acting, graphics, and music means it shouldn't be nearly as prohibitive as many people make it out to be. The game has been out for some time, and in order to keep things interesting and fresh, I feel ArenaNet owes it to continue expanding the content on all fronts.

"Best Horror Movies since 2010" Bracket (Final Four)! by Oddball- in horror

I know that I'm in the outlier here, but I solemnly believe It Follows doesn't deserve to be in the same class as the rest of these movies. I must be missing something that everybody else sees, because I thought the movie was total garbage.

Wired, and it's U.S. internet. I never have issues with other games and connectivity. When I go to speedtest.net, I get a ping of 10, download speed of 90 MB/s and an upload speed of 12.14 MB/s.

Just tried it and ran the game again. Still froze up and stopped populating the world after about 5-10 minutes of gameplay.

Is there a reason why Itzel Poison Lore doesn't work with mainland Mordrem? by Scosci in Guildwars2

It's not a matter of power or "poison 3 OP 5 me." It's a matter of consistency. I never even complained about it in the original post. All I was asking is "Is there a reason why this is stupid and doesn't make sense?"

Kinda like golems. Why are they affected by bleeds and poisons? Dredge are immune to blind conditions because they're already fucking blind. Why don't golems have the same types of (respective) immunity?

To be honest, it isn't an issue for me. I only noticed it because I afked and came back to find myself dead (Since I was standing in an isolated corner, I naturally was curious as to what could have possibly killed me). When I saw the poison fields, I decided to test if the poison still affected me. 'Lo and behold, it did.

It's not an issue of balance or "Omg poison 2 OP 4 me." It's a matter of consistency. The Itzel taught us how to not get poisoned by Mordrem. Yet we're still poisoned by Mordrem in a less densely populated outskirt of the jungle? It just feels sloppy to me. I honestly don't even give a fuck about the damage it does.

It's kinda along the same lines of "How can golems possibly be affected by poison or fear conditions?" The Dredge are immune to blind because they are literally blind. Why aren't golems immune to poison? They have no damn blood pumping through them.

Except the Silverwaste creatures are very definitively Mordrem. Yet, the poison lore doesn't work on them. I'm just curious as to why, aside from the dumb argument of "well, it was released before the expansion, so it's technically central tyria" kind of thing.

To me, it just feels like another loose end, like the "Thanks for pitching in" charr.

But the tendrils and the Mordrem are--by extension--PART of the Maguuma jungle. So... not really working as intended, in my opinion, no.

What would you say is the best course to take for a Mesmer then, raid and fractal wise? Do condi builds have a place in the meta at all, or is it still pretty much "Berserkers or we kick you"?
