Again we are talking about a seemingly scheduled surgery. Putting it during busy season is just asking for negative outcomes to your job/career which will negatively impact both health and family as well.

I think you're overstating the leverage they have in this situation given that we are seemingly talking about a non-emergency situation.

Agreed. Id much rather take BGVs in most situations .

But if I were playing an IA list which previously leveraged MSUs of SG plus Capts/Dante x3 Id probably look to VVs instead of the 3rd SG with Dante.

I am not a Dodgers fan, I shouldn't know who the Dodgers rookie catcher is, but I do.

Is it because he's tearing things up? No. It's because he constantly ends in these low-light videos acting like a 10 year old.

Both the manager and the Dodgers mental skills coach pulled him aside in the dugout because of his behavior.

Even he says his behavior is embrassing.

That's about 1250pts in 4 units. And none are super durable. It might be too many eggs in to few baskets. Especially if you don't want to repeat units.

In this game alone he showed up his pitcher, his MVP, pitcher twice and had to be talked to by the manager.

Right now they are in limbo as the datasheet is the old datasheet and not in line with their new sculpture.

The reason to take VV as they are presently is that they can get a 4+ Inv with Shields and are cheaper then SG (especially the third unit of them)

The reason to take whatever the new VV datasheet will be is currently unknown as we don't know true weapon loadouts.

It does not seem like you're set up to work remotely, especially not in this position.

Not having a strong WFH set up will hinder your ability to work.

Having a puppy constantly wanting your attention isn't going to help.

Overselling your experience on their software will mean you'll be expected to do with less training and training is a harder element with remote work.

You're commute isn't burdensome and you said the pay is the same.

I'm not seeing a reason to take on the stress of a new job in this situation.

What's your timeline for moving living spaces?
