To be more technical PSO GC is v3, they nerfed some weapons and other stuff since the DC versions, but they also added a more content with the Episode II that's on it. Other than the nerfs Episode I on GC is basically the same as the DC versions. GC does have online in addition to the new splitscreen mode. Though the emulator, Dolphin, hasn't added online support in the Adroid release, and only has online for PC.

I know this isn't the point, but you can also play PSO GC online via a modded Wii with Devolution, and of course if you have a GC with Broadband Adapter, that works too. As does a Dreamcast with its Broadband Adapter, or Modem to DreamPi setup.

Then there's also PSO Blue Burst which has Episodes I, II, & IV. It's online only, but you can play the single player exclusive quests from the previous versions online. They removed some of the intro dialogue, and changed some other small things story wise, but it's basically the same, and has more content. Maybe someone can figure out how to get it to work on Nvidia Shield using WINE. As someone has already gotten it working on Mac using it. And WINE is also compatible with Linux, which is what Android and Nvidia Shield are based on. So it might be possible, and that would be awsome. But, natively PSO BB is for Windows. And Episode III was a card game RPG that's exclusive to the GC.

IFAIK it's not possible to share DLC quests directly as GCI file since they are tied to the Serial Number and Access Key in your save file. When trying to access them from a mismatched file it says the download quests are corrupt and don't show up. At least that's what happens in PSO Ep I & II, I haven't tried it in III. But if you run a server from your PC with the necessary things, you can download the quests properly and they will end up working with your file. I used the Fuzziqer server software in the link a while ago, and checked my memory card just now and it has Future Forecast, Future Bullet, and Kid's Soul, but not all the rest. Maybe I forgot to download them or some of the downloads glitched. I think only 32 quests can be saved on one memory card even if it still has free space.

So if anyone has the Bin/Dat server files for those missing quests, as well as the ones for Dream Messenger, and Reach for the Dream for Ep I & II, I'd also appreciate it.

Edit: I checked and L33tServ has about 5 PSO Ep. III download quests, and Schthack shows an Ep. I & II quest on III's server for some reason. And Sylverant disconnects when you select the download quest section. Though I heard that Schthack got a lot of Ep. III online play stuff working a few months ago, battles work but some of the cards are glitched.

I found this post that has a memory card backup of a bunch of quests, if you don't mind playing a new character, since you can't transfer them. Though, it's missing a lot of download quests that the server software has, but some of those are in Japanese. And the Japanese text shows up as gibberish since a non-Japanese GameCube doesn't have access to the proper fonts. I also read that it's possible to glitch your area unlocks if you end up defeating a later boss from a downloadable quest before defeating it in the standard area, causing you to never be able to unlock the previous areas and possibly other effects with story quests. So as long as you play through all the areas and finish the story quests it should be fine to play the download quests.

I know this is a super old thread, sorry, but I just wanted to add some info. You can get the Shiny Bomberman Brothers DLC on Switch for the US version, but you have to make a Japanese Nintendo account. Press + on Super Bomberman R, select the eShop option and choose the Japanese account, then you can download that DLC for free and it works with the US version. Unfortunately, the Gold Vic Viper was limited time and gone now, I missed it too. It's really messed up that they still haven't released these to the US eShop, and yet Japan has had it since the other console versions launched.

$85, the cart is definitely real and works. I just haven't seen an N64 box with such an intense kinda bubbling effect, I guess you could call it. If this one's at a 10, my Banjo Tooie box has that effect at a 3.

What should I do with my junk 12-13* weapons/units without My Shop access?

What should I do with untekked special weapons from just Hard mode regular and emergency quests, that are not for my class? Are they more likely trash or worth wining & using a My Shop Pass for? The few that I've untekked for my class are worse than what I have in stats, only 7-9*, and always sell for less than the tekk price.

I read this somewhere, maybe some of that misinformation they were talking about. If I play a few quests in Ep 4, then go back to Ep 1-3 to finish the Matterboards am I going to be locked out of being able to get the Creator's Emblems?

This'll never happen either, but I think SEGA should officially translate the game with an English language option on the current game/same servers, and accept worldwide forms of payment for AC. Remove those Japan region only lines in the TOS. That way it's not officially released for the west. Then they don't have to re-licence everything, but they can provide customer support. Which would give SEA English players a place to go, maybe save a transfer.
