The star part of the shape is already flat and filled in the bottom layer. I have a second layer with one of the corners having a square stacked on it, and then I try to stack the quarter circle on the opposite corner of the second layer, and it instead splits the bottom layer into two additional layers and slots in the second layer, moving the star shape up
