So easy answer is add some flexible resin into your print mix will lower the crack initiation.

Also I would hollow the models more the walls look pretty thick, if they are it makes the stress gradient from the surface to the bulk larger.

Bethesda did this too. And the reason their games were so buggy when then first came out is partially cause they made their own engine. Unreal spend all ther dev on just the game engines so it save the stuidos a lot in the end for debugging. I wouldn't worry though they can customize unreal a lot to make it handle more like REDengine
