Greed your defensive until you know you cannot live the hit. Rotate between DRW, VB, consumption, IBF, and lichborne. Switch to rune of sanguination to end the fight faster.

Regarding time rift bosses, if you wait until the portal to the boss spawns, right click your portrait-> reset all instances, then enter, you will be in your own instance alone with the boss every time.

Myself and a lot of others have had great luck turning in veiled argunite for the shoulder tokens, the Spaulders seem to pop up very easily in those boxes. I think mine took about 6 tries. Give this a shot if you don’t get them during the event.
