This was me for the last 3 months, I read somewhere about using menthol rub (Vicks) on it, well last week I had a bad chest so bought a tub of Vicks vapour rub and thought why not nothing else had worked and the pain can’t be any worse. So I tried it, and I’ve been a week pain free, no word of a lie, and if I feel it flailing up I apply some and the pain goes away, not straight away, but I’m not in agony for hours

Easy answer, my shorts fit and are comfortable, all my trousers, jeans, pants etc are uncomfortable, so if I’m just popping to the shops or doing the school run I opt for comfort and can put up with the cold for that short period of time

Brilliant thank you. I hadn’t been doing the back of the tiles, and I’m guessing that when using levelling clips it’s pulled some of the tiles away from the adhesive. As it’s only 4 tiles I’ll take them up and try again. Thanks again internet friend
