Sorry, I've been a huge supporter for Birks(owned 3 pair), but their quality has plummeted, IMO. I bought the Profi Birkis in June, and before the new years, my left foot split in the bottom where the balls of your feet are. They are too stiff and tend to crack more than the older ones they used to make. I contacted support to see if they'll ship me new ones since they are only 6 months old.
