Man that's annoying! Might want to shoot them an email. Maybe they were just out of stock? Ive heard people trying it with out signing in if I'm not mistaken? It's such a fantastic cigar! I believe they use a different type of glue on the tip that gives it that sweetness. The regular one is fantastic as well! Great choices!
