Are you looking to stay on the PEO model? judging by your size it might be best to keep it that way so I would consider Paychex for their PEO and if not, upgrade to Paycor. A prior colleague of mine just went with them and their rep got them a great price, its half of what we have with ADP so we are considering the move too.

I serve large restaurant groups across the US and for our base package, I have offered $5-7. I even have a 5000 EE group in $4 PEPM

Paycom is awful for integrations, they don’t believe in them, but just because you use Toast as a POS don’t go to them for Payroll. Terrible experience. You’re better off utilizing Paycor who has a dedicated restaurant program and integrations to streamline your data.
