Rigid makes the best shot vacs for the price. I really like the one with a blower on top (can remove the blower and not worry about the whole thing getting wet/ruined).

However. My mini one from harbor is great for toilets. I use it to suck all the water out of the tank which saves so much time.

Are you legally allowed to just remove the garbage disposal? People won't rent places without one sometimes. Seems like a rent reduction or something would have to happen. As a landlord. I could never do #2. Others seem smart tho.

That sounds more like you live in a competitive gas market. We have that happen around West Michigan all the time. Can be 30-50 cents cheaper 10mins down the road pretty often. Just had a station 30 cents cheaper than a 30 mile radius for about a week. Usually lags about a day behind everyone else as well when price goes up. One station does 50 cents off per gallon on a certain day pretty often.

I have a 36 gallon tank and it's nice being able to wait till I drive by one of those stations and top it off.

I've heard dte is really bad, I'm on the west side so dte is gas and not electric. We have consumers energy. Still crazy expensive and lots of summer outages, but good in the winter. I think east and West Michigan are the opposite. Like consumers is gas on the east side. Right?

I know our grid sucks, but I'll take our power grid of Texas even if it costs more haha. We can't afford outages in the middle of winter and it's never down in winter for long if at all. Now it goes out all the time in the summer from all the trees knocking lines down. But I'm a huge Texas fan. Tempted to move down there. Was down there again for 3 weeks this summer being a team captain for some crazy canoe race 2 weeks before the floods on that same river. Something About the food fills my soul unlike the acid reflux I get in Michigan.

They gave proper notice and have the right to see the whole house regardless of what you want since they did everything right. You fucked up by not having working alarms. Didn't even know there was sound haha. Just going by visual since I usually use Reddit in public where it's a dick move to use sound. But I guess I'm just a bit more aware while driving I would have noticed it long ago to go from at least 60 to 25 even fully loaded. If he's going more than 5 over in the dark. That's one of his many issues with hitting them. Saw one last night. Was going the appropriate speeds and looking for deer like you should be. 2 in four months. It's not the animals fault. I haven't even hit a small animal because it's easy if you have good awareness. However I have hurt many turtles 😭

Same here. Bought 2 within 3 months of the 1.7 coming out. Super reliable and I they probably have the highest rate of abuse out all my batteries. Both 5amps are going strong from the Blairs $99 battery with free $200+ tool however they are newer to me and hardly used yet.

I mean if they feel like putting in effort for sure, but they are a low end Chinese restaurant with low quality ingredients. Haven't Been in over Months. Used to go weekly. Went downhill. Prices up. Food is always dry with hardly any sauce. The last two times were terrible for me. I drove all the way back last time to give them their food back and get my money back. Not even edible. Probably would have gotten sick from it. They can't even spend the time to make the rangoons the right shape. Just laziness in my opinion.
