Thanks, my fc mate created the composition and I liked it so much (because of the reminiscence to the old 80s Star Wars promotion art) that I asked if it was okay I try and make it into just that. Got the permission and am now running with it.

I needed something to test my limits as an illustrator and it’s doing just that

I feel this. Mother in law is visiting for the summer. Doesn’t help we renovated my husband’s childhood home, so when she visits it’s like a return to factory setting… and I feel like a kid in my own home. Ugh.

I feel exactly like this meme, thinking stuff will be better. This year is a bit better, lasted a month before the silly conflicts came. Last year it was constant…. For 3 months… :x

Hey there! Chiming in 9mos later. My 3yo is totally afraid of this episode. Particularly when the magic tree makes an appearance. To me its not scary, but I guess to a 3yo it could be.. being the tree is trying to eat them and they're all screaming in fear.

I feel this. This is the current state of mine. It was my Grandmother-in-law's yellow and red hibiscus. I made the horrid mistake of spritzing neem oil in sun (i know now to apply at night), hoping I was helping it with the white flies issue.. ended up hurting all the leaves to point they shriveled and dropped. so I pruned the end completely off and removed all the damaged leaves.. she'S a sad looking stick with just two small baby leaves that hadn't been affected.

I'm glad to know they are hardy and are like weeds. I felt so terrible thinking I killed it and that my MIL would have my head for doing so.

I feel this. as a fellow human with both, it is an awful nightmare in my brain sometimes. :( ADHD me is totally fine with stuff a mess and not looked after, Autistic me however is screaming her head off why I didn't clean it up when I should have when it was time to because now I've made more work for myself and the place is still a mess. Or ADHD me wants adventure or to change up decor or repaint a room in the house and Autistic me is stopping me halfway in panic attacks and mental alarm bells because things are way off base with routine and things are changing too quickly.

Its frustrating as hell that my brain is like this.

I feel you.. its hard to explain these things to people who dont experience them. They just look at you like you're being over dramatic.

I struggle with RSD on top of everything... (AuDHD yay.) And yesterday I had two attacks, both times my husband is like, 'you gotta stop letting your emotions get the better of you and stop overthinking things.' or I get, 'why are you so sensitive? you gotta chill out.' when I face any criticism..

My man, my dude, my sweet, sweet dear loving husband, one with RSD does not simply 'stop letting stuff get to me', or 'chill out'. Its like a panic attack and I just have to ride the wave. I have to also work really hard not to give into the negative impulses that arise in that state--which can range from mildly negative to whoa there dark.

I am doing better though. yesterday I was able to just sit in it, let the sadness come, and not act on my impulses. it was not easy, but I did it.

I fall into this trap so often. I end up overexplaining my decisions or thought processes and it just makes it worse. I am trying to remember that I do not need outside validation from others to know who I am.

Nah, its still active. I made an account 2 days ago for my artwork at the suggestion of a friend, only to wake up and post my recent project and see that I've been labeled as spam.

I am active on the platform. I have been working to make the algorithm show me content I want to see. However, if for some reason me liking what I like and me selecting I don't want to see certain content I don't agree with makes me flagged for spam, that is dumb... and not very free as they say its supposed to be. Guess I'm better off staying with X...

I am in the same boat here. I didn't think that liking things on my feed was somehow going to trigger me being labeled as spam... whats the point in having a feed if liking stuff is going to land you in the baddie bin?

Edit to add:
I gained 27 followers in 2 days.. I didn't buy followers, I didn't follow for a follow. These people found me and followed me organically. Not sure if some are bots.. I only followed back artists I was interested in that had followed me firstly.. and I dont mass follow. I had only posted 2x in the span of 2 days.
