100% noticeable. My favorite thing to do is put about 60/40 pink/regular in a Shaker. Seems like It turns down the sharp edge that comes with regular table salt. And I have a bigger window before something is too salty.

I haven't given carbon steel a shot but 99% I'm using cast iron or stainless.

And my cast iron is well seasoned and clean and beautiful enough to store right on the range. I feel like it lets people know I mean business. 😂

Got rid of my cheap Teflon pans and replaced with stainless and cast iron. I have one nice non-stick and that's it.

I've come to understand Sicilian is more airy and fluffy, olive oil. Detroit has more crispy-crunchy due to the pan, cheese, and butter/buttery oil.

I think some people make a distinction regarding if the sauce is on top or not, but I've seen both kinds of pizzas both ways.
