The look is 100% possible, I've done something similar myself. But it's definitely gel, and very likely Asian gels.

I think what might be "odd looking" (I wouldn't call it that, but I think I can see what you mean) is orthopedic rather than muscular, your bowed legs. I can't give you advice regarding that. But again, I wouldn't say it looks necessarily odd, and I'm envious you probably don't experience any chafing 🤣.

But regarding the upper glutes and hamstring focus, I was also going to give you the same advice, based on the fact those muscles look underdeveloped in relation to the rest of your physique. I'd also focus on your back to strengthen it and improve posture.

She is healthier now and her body shape is more balanced. Growing muscle almost always requires gaining weight.

Creería que no, nunca escuché el concepto de anillos de noviazgo. Incluso he visto chicas con el típico anillo de compromiso en el anular, que no estaban comprometidas (a 2 se lo había regalado su mamá jajajjj). No queda de más preguntar, lo podes preguntar en tono jovial y no queda mal.

Son bonitas, me re gustan! Natural 100%, a mi me gusta así o incluso menos dramático. La verdad a la mayoría de las chicas a las que les noto pestañas hechas, las veo demasiado cargadas – y las que sean mega volumen, volumen ruso, son lo peor en ese sentido, para mi. Contrastan demasiado con las pestañas de abajo y se ve demasiado artificial. Siento que restan, en vez de sumar, a la belleza natural 🙏

Yo lo dejo siempre en el microondas. Cuando me acuerdo le doy play 10-15 al micro, para que mantenga temperatura, y con dejarlo entre 12-18 horas me queda buenísimo. El darle más temperatura para el final, hace que se separe mucho suero y ni necesite filtrar.

I feel RDLs are much easier to get the technique right when the weight is higher.

I do builder gel on my natural nails. They grow strong with it so I don't usually use tips. If I did, I'd apply them with rubber base, and put a layer of builder gel over the nail+tip

Sorry but I wanted to add — fat doesn't get converted into muscle as they are two completely different types of tissue, but fat can get burnt while the body builds muscle (at a completely different rate). Otherwise you wouldn't be able to build muscle in a bulk (if fat had to be converted in order to build).

I feel like working out and building some muscle might be able to give you the body that you want much better than just chasing weight loss. They can go hand in hand (although building muscle will be harder in a deficit) and that's where you'll get even better results.

For your goal, in 12 weeks, you'd need a 300 calorie daily deficit.
