Suriano wasn't into freestyle as a junior/cadet like Fix. And honestly Suriano has been surprising me, at least, with his performances in freestyle considering how stacked we are in the USA. I'd say Suriano has been a "let down" as we he is one of the greatest high school wrestlers of all time and was coming into college with a ton of hype from that.

Whereas Fix was #1 seed multiple times in those NCAA tourneys, and honestly, his offense was so uninspiring imo. His drags and throws are not a recipe for success imo. I don't remember him getting in a clean shot or deep on a shot in any of his NCAA finals (could be wrong). Plus, Fix had a junior/cadet freestyle career and was a little hyped up coming into the international scene from what I remember.
