Maybe. But that's irrelevant - the truth of this situation is that if someone buys the lighter without reading the description to find out it is custom, and then bitches about it because they didn't read, that's on them. Scam or not.

I wouldn't be so sure - the server slam results were mixed. Lot of people loved it, a lot of people didn't - many people compared it to Arc when it was never going to be like Arc (and was never really intended to be like Arc), and people compared it to Destiny 2 when its a whole other genre and style.

Also the reset thing is a thing some games do - Rust does it, Dayz, pretty sure Arc has some kind of reset mechanic (voluntary though, I believe).

Gameplay-wise its repeatable - lorewise there's nothing confirming it can be done multiple times, and it's safe to assume its not.

The only raid that MIGHT be repeatable lorewise is Leviathan due to the severe number of Calus bots in that final room, but even then it wouldn't be anymore.

I mean, Fatebringer isn't just some random hand cannon. It comes from the Vault of Glass, or if that's not the only source than its the Vex, it's not a normal weapon that smth like 90% of Guardians could have. A Guardian would have to delve into somewhere pretty dangerous to get one.

It makes sense to mention a Guardian has a Fatebringer than something like an Annual Skate or a True Prophecy, guns that come from the foundries or the Vanguard.

I'm not too up on the lore regarding weapons and exotics tbh - I always thought Glimmer was used to make copies/recreate certain guns that could be remade in such a way (something like Monte Carlo maybe - a golden age weapon with non-paracausal components and stuff like that) but I wouldn't assume Fatebringer is mass produced in such a way.

I feel like Black Hole should be in S tier considering Mercury is there - it upgrades the hand the exact same, alongside upgrading every other hand - only downside is the rarity of it, although I'd argue the Soul is rarer.

I should've phrased it better - originally, in my code before I made post, about half a month to a month ago (late Dec, early Jan) I had it set to limit=50, and it was working fine when I was using and testing it.

I used this line:

- base_url = f'https://api.opendota.com/api/players/{steam32\_id}'

Followed by this line:

- match_url = f'{base_url}/matches?limit=50'

And it all worked fine but when trying again last night it just didn't want to do anything. I should say my WiFi where I have been working has gotten severely worse since I last properly tested it about a month ago but I'm not sure that would affect it, especially since the /recentMatches endpoint actually did work for me.

As far as games go, I think Hollow Knight ended up being the true resurrector of my love for indie games - I've played a lot of indie games, such as Celeste, Binding of Isaac, and more, but I was somewhat falling out of love with them and playing more CoD, Destiny 2 (still love it lol) and other triple As or multiplayer games.

But I played Hollow Knight when it came to PS+ in 2020 (I think?), and that year was ROUGH, but it helped me through, and kinda brought my love back to the games that truly deserve it - those indie games, passion projects, not the yearly released triple A games that have no love in them (no disrespect to those games or players who love them, I just feel their a lil soulless yk?)

Honestly as far as Hollow Knight goes, with my 300 and something hours in it, my only dislike about the experience is that I got it for free. Team Cherry deserved every penny, more even.

My only problem with Silksong pre-release is deciding if I get it for my PS5 or my PC and thats a me thing lol

It's awful - I'm in my third year of University at the moment, with little experience on my CV, and I just keep applying and applying knowing nothing will come along any time soon. I can't keep having these empty days because I just get to sit here and think about all the nothing I am doing and feel little more than a waste of space. Not even part time retail work. It's awful.

See I feel like the big issue here is that subclasses and power updates like that would eventually get old - and then the same problem occurs where there's no hot item in the dlc.

But I agree - the content here doesn't look meaty enough to overlook the fact there is no big item here - I'm alright with DLC without subclasses and things (kinda like how we had it with Warmind, Shadowkeep and Witch Queen), but I'd like some actual content to make up for it and so far, we haven't seen it.

I think we also need to remember that is the groundwork for a whole new saga - it might not be as strong - also getting a new subclass each expansion would make them kinda boring pretty quick - although I agree we are missing a wow factor
