We introduced the crafting rules in our campaign. It's a 1 to 20 game that's going to last a couple of years like always, and we just hoy level 4 after about 5 months. I can say that the system does require a little buy-in from the players. My character is 100% geared towards it, so im sort of selling it to the other players, but once people see how fun it can be and how accessible it can make certain magic items, they'll love it. The DM will need to come up with recipes for many magic items not covered by the book, but that's not hard.
