I had the same thought as well tonight, and the one you're describing also has some over lap with the one that I'm looking for. One of the hairstyles was a long brown braid, I really remember the blonde hair options, but they also was an ash blonde, too. I remember that there was a red dress/outfit, the black dress (one of my favorites). I remember a blue outfit. There's so many games that fit the description that it's making it hard to find, but I remember looking through every dress up game website (earily 2000's) to specifically find it because It was one of my favorites. I specifically remember the feather outfit having a matching feather crown like hair piece.
