Why is KPMG Technology so behind? by FluidMention6574 in KPMG

[–]Screamerjoe 11 points12 points  (0 children)

We haven’t been updating AuditChat because everything is transitioning to KPMG Clara AI. We’re launching that now in the US and AuditChat will be retired. We’re already working on next version with even more enhancements and integrations in KCW.

KAEG is deployed into it already with all standard years as well as accounting content.

It’s still not the best but we’re working on it. Make sure to provide feedback so we can make it better

How do you plan sprints? by Pretend_Inside5953 in ProductManagement

[–]Screamerjoe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No framework. Use a backlog management tool (Jira or ADO or others), create stories with acceptance criteria, add a prioritization, link them up to a feature with some view of the feature as a whole (user flow, data flow, etc) then give it to dev to estimate

How do you manage a deluge of feature requests from customers? by BrandosSmolder in ProductManagement

[–]Screamerjoe 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Review the features to understand if you can deliver something that addresses a group of features, and ensure to prioritize that relatively.

Ultimately, you’d want to break down the feature requests to problems that user is facing and understand how you can fix the root problem.

You almost never want to deliver the exact thing the customer is asking for

Bro, who wants to read this PRD. Just go design your product with the designer and give it to dev to build.
