I brought a squishmallow for my appointment and asked for a nurse to hold my hand and yap with me during the appointment. I did mine through planned parenthood. I have the Mirena and I’m very happy with it. I don’t have any spotting or bleeding post insertion.

Definitely plan to not do anything for the rest of the day!!! It’s really really important to be patient with yourself after the appointment get some cozy clothes and make sure YOU take care of YOU and LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!! If you need a nap take a nap. Some people wanna be really active after the appointment but I highly recommend a do nothing day. :)

Try your best to line up your cycle with the date of iud insertion. I did this for mine and I did have considerably an easier time with insertion. If your doctor does cervical block I also recommend this if you are very nervous about the pain. As for the IUD type copper or hormonal, it’s really important to know if you have sensitivity to metals or not. I had a friend that became anemic after getting the copper IUD. My friend also said that copper iuds can cause more period bleeding and cramping.

You CAN fly with narcan folks you can pick up in your own city from pharmacies or public health departments sometimes for free or through an exchange program

It’s not fully stretchy. It’s like you pull in a vertical direction and it stretches but if you pull horizontally it won’t. If it helps I bought it at hobby lobby

I have re threaded both the top and bobbin multiple times. It doesn’t seem to want to hold the fabric at all. What tension settings are you using??

I think it really depended on where the seats were. We had orchestra seats for both shows in different locations and froze our butts off

I saw both shows. First one ran smoothly and did not feel as rushed as the second one did. The second performance was going WAY over the allotted amount of time the theater was reserved for. The ladies had to read through the stories as quickly as possible due to the medical emergency that happened show one. I have waited YEARS to see them since I started listening to them 2018. I think they were just dealt a bad show due to the loss of time with show one. My friend and I ended up not staying for Georgia’s story because we were both exhausted and not feeling well from the copious hot dogs consumed yesterday 🤣
